• Workshops highlight real life issues, stories and facts closer to home in order to gain the young peoples’ attention.
• Facilitators are young and will be able to relate to young people and discuss issues they may not necessary discuss with someone of a dissimilar background.
• Necessary skills are highlighted during the workshop as well as  links and sites that will help them improve their personal skill
• Each workshop consists of an icebreaking game to start with (generally a game that compliments the workshop topic). This is followed with a mixture of presentation slides and interactive activities to get the group at hand involved and increase their confidence
• Our slides hold the uniqueness of relevant, humorous, yet relatable material in the form of metaphors, images and videos. This enables the young people to come more to terms with concepts of transferrable skills, and digest them in a way in which they will understand
