Workshops are tailored to achieve the following outcomes (The Three E’s)

1Improve educational achievements

2Improve employability attainments

3Encourage entrepreneurship activities

Saffirm is run by a team of young people that are highly motivated and have experience in both the corporate world and the educational system. Even more the team have a vast amount of experience with working with young people from all walks of life, as well as a unique deep rooted understanding of what motivates, de-motivates, attracts, worries, interests, inspires and tickles their fancy.

The need for entrepreneurial skills is much broader than the narrow focus on starting a new enterprise and we believe that the entrepreneurship skills that a young person possesses can be employed to further their career prospects, education studies and personal life. Through the site we aim to continually motivate, inspire and empower young people to further themselves in whichever pathway they decide to pursue by utilising the transferable skill set they poses.
